Thank you for your interest in my work; I'd love to meet with you and your family.
Having viewed my photography, you’ll see that I prefer to focus on candid interactions when possible, waiting for more natural moments to take place and encouraging fun. I’m happy to take formal posed portraits if desired, and I prefer to focus on encouraging relaxed time between family members.
Below is information about family portraiture options. You're welcome to see additional galleries here in my cliental portal (which will be how you view and receive your images). I'll always do my best to be flexible if you have other ideas in mind regarding scheduling and budget.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
What should I wear?
You should wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. If you’re planning to print images for your home, you may want to consider outfits that you’ll be happy to look at for years to come. Some clients like to all wear similar colors to unite the family members. I do suggest avoiding bright white for summer shoots in the sunshine.
Is there time for a costume change?
Of course, and families with young children often do change outfits. That time is part of our hour together.
When’s a good time to meet?
Light is softest early in the morning, and later in the afternoon, particularly in summer on those long days. If you plan to have an outdoor shoot, consider when your child(ren) might be in a good mood based on the usual schedule (snacks, naps, etc.), and plan with that in mind when deciding on a morning or afternoon plan.
What if it rains?
For shoot requests outdoors, I always suggest choosing a rain date at the time of booking.
What if time runs over?
We will be together for up to an hour, and can do whatever you’d like in that time. For additional time, there’s a fee of $150.00 per every half hour. On that note, I tend to take a lot of photos as quickly as possible, knowing children (and some adults!) fatigue with photography quickly. Don’t feel that you have to push for the full hour if things are taking a turn.
How many photos do I get?
May I print my photos?
You certainly may print photos for your enjoyment, as well as for friends and family – the images are yours for personal use. You may not, however provide them to professional publications of any sort without first contacting me.
Do you make albums?
Yes, and I work with a variety of suppliers, so I can help design an album in a variety of styles and for a range in budget.
